These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and we reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Accessing this website and placing orders from it constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The contract for sale of goods is between you and Babydoll Diva Limited. "We" and "our" refers to Babydoll Diva Limited. "You" and "yours" means the person using, accessing or ordering from our website, either by the Internet or by other means. No contract will exist between you and Babydoll Diva Limited until we have reviewed your order and confirmed our acceptance of the order by sending you an invoice. Any emails you receive from our Payment Service Provider authorising a transaction do not constitute acceptance of the order by Babydoll Diva Limited.

Prices and Availability of Goods

All orders are accepted at our discretion and we reserve the right to choose to decline any order without giving an explanation.

All goods are sold subject to availability. While we aim to be in stock of each item at all times, where goods are out of stock, we will contact you so you can decide whether to cancel the order, select an alternative product or have it shipped to you once it is back in stock.

Prices are accurate at the time of data entry onto the site, but are subject to change without prior notice.
Description of Goods

Babydoll Diva Limited disclaims all representations or warranties of any kind, whether implicit or explicit, with respect to this website or the content and information included within it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this disclaimer.

While we make every effort to ensure that descriptions, pictures, prices and any other product information is accurate, we do not accept liability for any errors , inaccuracies or omissions.

Age of Consent

While we exercise continued vigilance to ensure that no offensive material is displayed on this website, we do sell some products which are unsuitable for children. By placing an order with Babydoll Diva Limited, you are declaring that you are at least 18 years of age.

Payment

All prices shown are in pounds (£) sterling.

You can pay online using our secure shopping cart by using one of the following credit or debit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch/Maestro, Solo Electron, JCB. We also accept payment via Paypal. Alternatively, you may pay offline by sending your order with a cheque made payable to "Babydoll Diva Limited" to the following address:-

Please include your name, address and the expiry date of a valid cheque guarantee card on the reverse of the cheque.

Payment will only be collected by Babydoll Diva Limited once your order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Charges

We aim to pick and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and you can choose from one of three delivery options:-

1. Standard First Class post delivers to UK addresses in 1-3 days and costs £1.95 per order.

2. Express Delivery Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery to mainland UK addresses the next working day and costs £4.95 per order. Please note that we must receive your order by 1pm to ensure same day dispatch.

3. International Delivery Our International Signed For service delivers to all European and Worldwide addresses and costs £4.95 per order. Delivery will take up to 10 days.

However, any delivery times quoted by Babydoll Diva Limited are estimates only, based on availability and normal delivery times; therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please notify us at customerservices@babydolldiva.co.uk if you do not receive your order within 14 days of order confirmation (or 21 days for International deliveries).Please choose the delivery option you require at the checkout and the cost will automatically be added to your basket total. A signature is required at the point of delivery on our "Express Delivery" and "International Signed For" options and if you are not in when the parcel arrives, your courier will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery at a more convenient time.

** Please be aware that at peak times of the year such as Valentine's Day and especially Christmas, we recommend you choose the Express Delivery Next Day service to guarantee a timely parcel! The sheer weight of numbers at these times can add several days to normal delivery times for standard First Class post. If in doubt, please Contact Us for advice and we will be happy to help.

 

Exchanges/Refunds

Our "no-quibble" returns policy is designed to ensure you are fully satisfied every time you shop with us.

"Cooling-Off" Period
We will give you a "cooling-off" period where, if you change your mind about your order, you can cancel it up to 7 days after the order confirmation; just contact us at customerservices@babydolldiva.co.uk if you wish to do so.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange product for any reason for up to 14 days after purchase as long as the product is unused and unopened. It is your responsibility to take care of goods prior to return so they reach us fit for resale. We cannot accept returns of hosiery once the cellophane wrap is opened and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of adult toys, lubricants or toiletries once opened. Our care instructions state that all lingerie must be handwashed at 30 degrees; we regret we cannot accept returns on lingerie damaged by incorrect washing. We do not accept returned product which has been stored in a smoky environment or which smells of smoke. Unless items are faulty, you return them to us at your own expense. Whilst we are happy to then refund the full value of the returned item, the original postage fee that was charged is non-refundable.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty, please wrap it securely along with all manuals and accessories in the original box and send to us with a full descripton of the fault for a full refund/replacement within 30 days. We are happy to pay the cost of returning faulty product to us.

Refunds

We will aim to refund any monies due within 7 days; however, please allow up to 30 days.

To return an item

Please package securely in the original box including all accessories and manuals. In all cases, complete the Exchanges and Returns Form that came with the order (stating reason for return, full description of any fault and the desired outcome) and send to the following address:- Babydoll Diva, PO Box 8714 Coalville, LE67 0BL. All returns are at your own expense unless the item is faulty when we will be happy to refund the cost of return postage.We recommend you use Recorded Delivery as proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.

Our aim is to always provide you with high quality products together with excellent levels of customer service. Should you have a complaint about any aspect of your shopping experience with Babydoll Diva Limited, please contact us via customerservices@babydolldiva.co.uk and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Security

Protection of your personal information is very important to us and we use several methods of ensuring Babydoll Diva Limited is a secure shopping environment. All your credit/debit card details are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer to ensure they are not accessible to anyone else. We also use a Payment Service Provider to gain card authorisation when you make your purchase; this means that at no stage does anyone at Babydoll Diva have access to your card details.

We also ensure that Babydoll Diva Limited is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass on any of your registration details to a third party without your prior consent.
