** CHRISTMAS LAST POSTING DATES **

Standard Delivery - Saturday 19th December (after this date, Christmas orders will be despatched via Express Delivery Next Day service only)

Express Delivery - Wednesday 23rd December (order deadline 12noon)

 

To guarantee your parcel arrives in time for Christmas, we recommend using the Express Delivery Next Day service in the last week of shipping as the sheer weight of post at Christmas can add several days to normal delivery times for standard First Class post. If in doubt, please contact us for advice and we will be happy to help.

Delivery Charges

We aim to pick and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and we are happy to deliver your item to you, wherever you happen to be! You can choose from one of three delivery options:-


1. Standard First Class post delivers to UK addresses in 1-3 working days and costs £1.95 per order. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
2. Express Delivery Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery to mainland UK addresses the next working day and costs £5.75 per order. Please note that we must receive your order by 1pm to ensure same day dispatch.
3. International Delivery Our International service delivers to all European and Worldwide addresses and costs £5.75 per order. Delivery will take up to 10 days.

Please choose the delivery option you require at the checkout and the cost will automatically be added to your basket total. A signature is required at the point of delivery on our "Express Delivery" option and if you are not in when the parcel arrives, your courier will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery at a more convenient time.
 

Packaging

Every order is beautifully giftwrapped as standard and at no extra cost to you. Selecting the Standard £1.95 delivery service will ensure your lingerie is wrapped in gorgeous crunchy tissue and don’t forget we offer a personalised gift card service for every order, no matter how small. Simply fill in the Message Box at the Checkout to personalise your gift. We can even send your gift to its recipient on your behalf- simply fill in the correct delivery details at the checkout and your loved one will receive a very special parcel! (unit prices are omitted from the delivery paperwork).

 You can also choose our Premium giftwrapping service for that extra special occasion by selecting the “Express Delivery” delivery service at £5.75. This will ensure that lingerie sets come wrapped in lots of crunchy tissue and placed in one of our special pink and gold Babydoll Diva boxes; smaller items will be placed in one of our gorgeous organza bags.  The Premium service will also ensure delivery before 1pm next working day if the order is placed by 1pm.

However excited we want you to be, we are also aware that you may not want everyone knowing about your new purchase. We therefore dispatch every order in a discreetly plain box or envelope without logos or slogans to give the game away.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Babydoll Diva purchase and have a comprehensive "no quibble" returns policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please note our full returns policy is laid out in our Terms and Conditions.

Lingerie

We are happy for you to try your lingerie on to check the fit but for hygiene reasons, keep your knickers on! If it is not suitable, please return the unworn and unwashed garment for an exchange or refund (see below)

Exchanges and Returns

You may return or exchange products for any reason for up to 14 days after purchase as long as the products are unused and unopened. It is your responsibility to take care of goods prior to return so they reach us fit for resale. **We regret we cannot accept returns on Lola Luna strings or hosiery once the cellophane wrap has been opened and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of adult toys, lubricants or toiletries once opened.** Our care instructions state lingerie must be handwashed at 30 degrees and we regret we cannot accept returns on product damaged by incorrect washing.

Unless items are faulty, you return them to us at your own expense. Whilst we are happy to then refund the full value of the returned item, the original postage fee that was charged is non-refundable. Please use normal first class mail and keep the proof of posting in case the parcel goes missing.

We do not accept returns which have been kept in a smoky environment or smell of smoke when they arrive with us.

Faulty Items

If a product is faulty, please wrap securely along with all manuals and accessories in the original box and send to us with a full description of the fault for a full refund/replacement within 30 days.

We are happy to pay the cost of returning faulty items to us, however:-

Please use normal first class mail and keep the proof of posting in case the parcel goes missing. Please note that we will only refund the cost of returning the item by normal First Class mail and not any additional expense you may incur using the Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery services.

Refunds

Your money must be refunded by law within 30 days of cancellation. We will aim to refund your money within 7 days of receipt of your returned item.

Cancellation

We will give you a "cooling-off" period where, if you change your mind, you can cancel your order up to 7 days after the date of purchase.

To Return an Item:-

Please package securely in the original packaging including all accessories and manuals. In all cases, complete the Exchanges and Returns Form that came with the order (stating the reason for return plus the desired outcome) and send to the following address:

All returns are at your own expense unless the item is faulty when we will be happy to pay the cost of return via first class mail only.
